BTec Advanced Award for Teaching Assistants 2010/11
for those working with sensory impaired children and young people
Mary Hare and the Berkshire Sensory Consortium Service are working in partnership to create new training opportunities for Teaching Assistants working with, or wishing to specialise in working with, children and young people who are hearing and/or visually impaired. The course is run from Mary Hare's specialist training facility on the rural outskirts of Newbury, Berkshire. Transport is available from Newbury station.
Cost of individual course attendance: £80 BTEC Advanced Award for Teaching Assistants
Accreditation at BTEC Advanced Level requires attendance on all six days as well as task-based activities. BTEC registration additional cost £80.
